My new Texas Rangers TOMS!!

Spring Training here I come!!!!!!

These TOMS were painted by Beverly as well.  She is the same lady who painted my MHS Soccer TOMS which I posted on yesterday.  I even had her make me a hat to match.  Everyone wears a hat to baseball games.  Well almost everyone.  And since I have a matching hat I definitely will.

Only 15 days and counting....

Helping out a fellow crafter!

In my continuous effort to help out a fellow crafter,  I thought I would post my most recent purchase.  A pair of custom painted TOMS from a fellow mom in Arlington, Texas.  I found her through Pinterest and was so thankful she only lived 30 minutes from me.  I recently ordered this pair, a pair of Rangers TOMS and a pair of Lillian Elementary (Alvarado ISD) TOMS for my daughter who is a teacher.  She loved them.  But I would say my MHS Soccer ones are my favorite.  Mainly because no one else has a pair like them.  At least until girls at school see them and want a pair made with their favorite sport.  The artist is Beverly Miller and her design company is called Sneaker Doodlez.  She can provide more info but basically you order the TOMS yourself (plain white with light blue stitching) and then send them to her for the design work.  All work is done by hand by Beverly with permanent markers.  She does recommend NOT scotchguarding them.  These are shoes I would never wear out in the rain or mud. DUH!  I just hope the weather is nice on Friday so I can wear them to my son's high school soccer game.  Must remember to take my little heater though because without socks my feet might get a little cold...but they will look "cool" at least.  Beverly has tons of pictures posted on her website so check her out.  She can do pretty much anything you want.  I just gave her my colors and sport and she ran with it.  AWESOME JOB!  Tell Beverly that Amy sent ya!

A few more...

Here is a family name cross for my best friend/next door neighbor!  And one for a friend who is giving it to her niece as a birthday present.  The Power Company one on the bottom was fun!  Took me awhile to get the colors just right.  I hate it when what I see on my computer isn't what prints out on my big printer.  But I finally got it just right!  I have a feeling I will be getting more orders for the Power Company one.

Custom wedding cross

This one was fun as it included the bride and groom's names and their wedding date. Hate to wait and post it after this weekend since it was a gift and we didn't want them to see it before hand.  Their bedroom colors are black, gray and white.

More updated pics

Here is a baby name cross and one we did for a friend's friend who graduated from DBU this past Spring. The baby one matched the bedding and baby room decor and the DBU one was done in Hannah's favorite colors.

Family Names

It's been way too long..

I know it's been awhile and we have been busy making crosses and somehow just neglected to get them posted to our blog.  So..I will try to get caught up now.  Most of the ones we have done lately have been all custom crosses.  With family names, or school info, etc.  These are really fun.  Hope you enjoy them!
